Shipping policy

At My Skin Integrity, we believe your skincare should arrive with the same care and attention we give to crafting our products—wherever in the world you call home.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Ireland
  • Europe (except UK)
  • North America

Delivery Times & Costs

Irish Shipping

  • Standard Delivery with An Post: 2–4 working days, €4 per order (free shipping on orders over €40)

International Shipping

  • Tracked Standard Delivery (5–14 working days): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders delivered outside of Ireland, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We understand these fees can be frustrating—unfortunately, they’re outside of our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you’d like more clarity before placing your order.
